Clarks Wood Company Ltd was established in 1798 and started trading in those early days importing hardwoods. The Company continues to be a family owned business following a successful management buyout on May 31st 1986. The full Company history covering Clarks 200 years of trade makes for some interesting reading. The Company takes pride in its policy of quality and service, has achieved BS EN ISO 9002:1994, and rigourously maintains its environmental purchasing policy.
